Regulatory Status

Neo Network Development Inc. operates as a Regulated Telecommunications Utility and Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ("CLEC") in and has filings in process for several mid-western US states. Our regulatory status and entitlements enable the placement of fiber, equipment and antenna systems on existing utility distribution poles and provides the Company with a prescriptive right to place new poles within the public and utility rights of way.
Through the rights and privileges granted, Neo Networks is able to design, build, own and operate our fiber optic networks as well as aggregate and interconnect new fiber networks with existing fiber through our affiliates and partnerships with other carriers.
Tariff Filings
Neo Networks' tariff filings available through the public domain which are available upon request, either directly through our General Counsel's office or upon request through the individual State Public Service Commission.
Our tariff is unique from the perspective that our fiber optic network services pricing can be applied to customer orders and charged in accordance with the published recurring rate tables or negotiated by agreement affording our clients optimal flexibility and a custom blend of recurring and non-recurring charges that conform to virtually any network architecture or budget.

As a "carriers carrier" Neo Networks offers wholesale, dark fiber, dim, lit and managed Ethernet services supporting wireless, broadband, advanced and emerging technology. Our dim, lit and managed services platform offers a range of pricing options including committed information rate, dynamic bandwidth and bandwidth on demand.

With nearly two decades of experience in the design, engineering and deployment of fiber networks and wireless technology including traditional cellular and PCS networks, distributed antenna systems, distributed remote radios and the full range of small cell architectures, Neo Networks' fiber solutions for wireless are the most evolved in the industry.
