President & CEO
Vince Aragona is a wireless and telecommunications industry veteran and pioneer in Distributed Antenna System and Small Cell Network deployment and operations. With over 30 years experience in wireless and fiber optic network engineering, implementation, operations, regulatory affairs, backhaul and fiber network architecture and economics, supply chain, project and program management, Vince is considered to be one of the leading subject matter experts in the fields of outdoor distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cell based networks.
From 2004 through 2013, Vince held various positions with ExteNet Systems Inc. including National Director of Network Implementation and Operations, Vice President of Network Engineering and Implementation (US) and most recently, Vice President of Network Planning and Development (North America). Vince was responsible for Network Engineering, Process Engineering, Network Design Tool and Software Development, Outside Plant and Fiber Network Architecture, Dark Fiber Agreement Acquisitions, Cost Estimating, Pricing Strategy, Hardware Engineering, ILEC and Electric Utility Agreement Acquisitions, Pre-litigation Mediation and Dispute Resolution. Vince led ExteNet’s Services Qualification and Supply Chain Contracting Program, RFP Response and Customer Proposal Development.
From 2001 to 2004, Vince was Senior Director of Network Implementation and Operations for NextG Networks Inc., a distributed antenna company that was recently acquired by Crown Castle Inc.
From 2000 to 2001, Vince was recruited as Area Director of Network Operations and Construction for Metricom Inc.(A\K\A Ricochet Wireless) responsible for the acquisition of 130 privately negotiated (Non-regulated) municipal franchise agreements, deployment of over 20,000 micro cells and the greenfield acquisition, development, construction and operation of over 350 macro sites in a micro / macro mesh network architecture throughout the Southwestern United States. Major accomplishments include the first national commercial service launch in San Diego, the second national market launch in Phoenix and the fourth and largest market commercial launch nationally in the Los Angeles GSA.
From 1994 to 2000, Vince held several positions with Paging Network Inc. (A\K\A PageNet) including Regional Director of Field Operations (Pacific Region), Regional PCS Manager & Regional Project Director (Atlantic Region) and Systems Manager (Upstate New York). Brad Higgins’ focus is investing in energy and energy efficiency technology. He is also an active participant in the alternative-energy debate, speaking at the Climate Institute forum held as part of the UN-sponsored Climate Change conference in Cancun in 2010.
From February 2006 to January 2009, Brad was the Assistant Secretary of State for Resource Management and Chief Financial Officer to the US Department of State, both positions requiring confirmation by US Senate. In that capacity, he was responsible for the State Department’s $34B budget along with the Department’s strategic and performance planning efforts.
In 2008 he was elected Chairman of the Audit Committee to the Organization of American States (OAS). Prior to his Washington, DC responsibilities, he served two tours in Iraq, first in 2004 as the CFO to the Coalition Provisional Authority and then as the Director of Planning to the US Mission’s reconstruction management office in Baghdad. He returned to Iraq in 2005 as a senior advisor to the US Ambassador, setting up and serving as the first director of Strategic Performance and Assessment office for the US Mission.
Prior to his government service, Brad spent over twenty years on Wall Street, first as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and CS First Boston and later working in asset management for Pimco and Bear Stearns Asset Management. He started his career as a corporate associate at the international law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Brad also serves as chairman of JumpStart International, an economic development organization he worked with in Iraq, now operating in the Republic of Georgia. Brad holds an AB and JD from Columbia University. He is a resident of New Canaan, CT.

George A. King is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure Group, Inc., which provides asset management and corporate development for United States and international clients. Mr. King has more than twenty-five years of experience in financial markets, executive corporate management and legal / regulatory matters. He began his career with the Wall Street law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon and as a Vice President in the New York office of the global investment banking firm of Credit Suisse First Boston. He was a co-founder of an investment banking spin-off from CSFB, Cambridge Partners, LLC, and operated his own corporate finance advisory firm. He was a founding board member and then a co-founder of two publicly traded telecommunications companies where he also served in various president and chief financial officer roles from startup through IPO and eventual sale of the companies after attaining levels of $144 million and $65 million in annual revenues, respectively. Mr. King holds an A.B. (cum laude) from Colgate University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.

Her litigation experience includes proceedings in state and federal courts, arbitrations and investigative proceedings at the state and federal regulatory commissions. Ms. Taff-Rice’s clients include competitive technology and telecommunications providers in the wireline and wireless industries, application developers and independent filmmakers in the U.S. and international locations. Ms. Taff-Rice graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C. and holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
